@Mik said in Lane or Dabo?: DeBoer it is. I worked with him! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arthur_DeBoer Arthur DeBoer, (July 2, 1917-July 31, 2007), was an American cardiologist specializing in cardiac surgery at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. DeBoer was one of the pioneer cardiac surgeons in Chicago and was on staff at Wesley Memorial Hospital (later called Northwestern University Hospital). DeBoer was the hospital's first chief of cardiothoracic surgery, and performed the first open heart operation at Wesley Memorial Hospital in 1958. He served as Chair of Northwestern's Department of Cardiovascular Surgery until 1975. He was also a pioneer in research on congenital heart defects.

I disagree. Of course, I come from the hospital world and conversation can be quite descriptive.

@taiwan_girl said in Incoherence vs Incoherence or Campaign 2024: President Trump talking about COVID yesterday: When we had just prior to the China virus coming in, if you don't mind, I'd like to be accurate, as opposed to COVID, it is the China virus. It came out of Wuhan. And I said a long time ago in your show, it came out of Wuhan. They were saying it came out of caves, bat caves, 2,000 miles away. Came out of Italy, it came out of France. No, it came out of Wuhan, the labs. And I don't, and by the way, I don't think it was done, I think it was done out of incompetence. That's what I think. I believe that a scientist went out, said hello to his girlfriend, and that was the end of that. She died, and then people started dying all over the place, but who knows, who knows. I can tell you one thing. I got along with President Xi, but I took in $400 billion in tariffs and taxes from China. You know, that's part of the show I caught. Everybody in the audience knew what he was saying. Yes, it's done in his chain of thought style, but there was no doubt what he meant.

Nope. Best option is seller financed through a LLC. I would give him a favorable rate. If you want to sunset the loan in a timely manner, put a ballon at a certain point (10 years?). At that point he can refinance through a regular bank or you can foreclose.

No but sometimes I'll leave something specific (like a wrapper) in the pocket and then see if it's there a following flight, LOL.

I think he senses the mood of the country. We’d like to see more government, less bullshit squabbles.

I can see some loss. It's kids and computers. Stuff will break, stuff will become obsolete, and yes, some will be stolen. Wonder what the real loss is?

Then again, I guess transvestites only became popular like 3 years ago.
