@jon-nyc said in At the Dorm: @LuFins-Dad said in At the Dorm: The University of Tennessee in Knoxville, “which charges state residents $11,332 in undergraduate tuition a year, No, UT of Knoxville charges $28K in-state tuition. I don’t like when an article starts with an easily verifiable fact that is proven wrong. But it is Student Journalism, I am willing to keep going… He’s right, for 23-24 year. [image: 1701874281766-img_0608.jpeg] In an article that is entirely about campus housing, you include the campus housing costs in the tuition. Frankly, the tuition cost is irrelevant to the article anyway, strictly the housing is what the discussion is about.

@89th said in Possible Fraud?: It's the only reason I go in to a UPS Store... amazon returns. And I appreciate it. Target has some other return policies parents may want to know about. Such as the children's clothing brand "Cat & Jack" I believe you can return any item of clothing for up to a year, no matter the condition (literally, it can be full of mud and holes) and they'll give you a refund. Wow! That’s great! If only they didn’t turn your kids gay!

One of the criticisms of Newsom is that he simply made stuff up, or outright lied when confronted. Interesting chart: [image: 1701871705268-image.jpeg]

Hard to judge this in retrospect without the lens of BLM but I don’t see murder here at all. Perhaps a lesser charge, perhaps inevitably because of drugs, perhaps just a firing, who knows… I do know that he wouldn’t have been found guilty of murder had Floyd’s melanin levels been lower (aka a white person).

Yeah, you got to be careful getting too excited about what gets leaked from congressional committees, especially those with explicitly partisan remits. Truth seekers they are not.

@LuFins-Dad Well, you can’t really tell what you’re looking at. Though the tunnel system extends for hundreds of miles, in any one place the topology could be far more simple and you could see local area flooding quite rapidly. At any rate if it’s real we’ll get confirmation soon enough.

By the way, I've seen lidocaine-induced seizures (or close to it) and it's scary. OTOH, if the abortionist used Marcaine (bupivicaine) that could be much much worse because Marcaine has a tendency to bind to cardiac muscle/conduction fibers causing very difficult-to-treat arrhythmias.

I did too. But they started playing like Joe’s team. Browning did a great job. If he continues to improve we might have a shot.

Fuck 'em. January 6. It's the only thing that's important. That, and a new HQ building. Fuck 'em.
