@xenon Sorry to hear. Just yesterday we got a tour of our oldest (just turned 5) kid's elementary school where she'll be going for kindergarten. Really nice school, but I did comment to a friend... I'm surprised at the BOYS and GIRLS bathrooms signs. You'd think that would be offensive by now in the Democratic Republic of Minnesota.

Can we please realize LD said he beat his meat for a few minutes, rubbed it, then spent 10 minutes until he was done? Honestly that's 9 minutes longer than I expected, so I applaud his efforts. Seriously though, maybe it's a blessing, maybe it's ignorance, but I'll take a (medium) cooked steak any day, any cut, and yes if you add rub (etc) to it, I am the least picky eater and it all tastes great to me. Pretty much the only things I do not care for are mushrooms and the fat on chicken/steak.
