There are probably millions of alien civilizations with different metabolism, their clocks are different. If your life spanned billions of earth years and your heart beats once per earth day the light speed limit wouldn't matter as much.

@taiwan_girl I believe you are correct. It is not a Mao jacket, it is cut more like a Nehru jacket - similar to the one Peter Sellers wore in The Party. Birdie num-nums anyone?

Well, son, first you have to have sperm. That may leave you out of the conversation.

Bucs over Seahawks in Munich: 21-16. "The Buccaneers improved to 5-5 with their second straight win and now have a one-game lead over 4-6 Atlanta in the NFC South. The Seahawks, still leaders in the NFC West, dropped to 6-4."

When I lived on Mission beach in 1980 a whale carcass like that washed up. She had apparently died in childbirth as you could see the baby whale coming out. It was really something to see. They ended up carving it up with chain saws. Quite the mess.

@George-K said in I'm sure it was baby powder: The volunteer reportedly found an envelope on Nov. 4 that contained a white powdery substance and a letter that contained vulgar language, which they threw in the trash that was later disposed of by cleaning staff. The campaign office’s head of security called the police a day later when he learned of the letters. Welcome to Planet Earth, Volunteer! Lemme explain how we on our planet handle threatening letters that accompany suspicious contents! Nice they finally got around to notifying the head of security.
