It’s harder to not have mint become a garden nuisance than it is to grow it… I would be tempted to toss some balsamic glaze and feta into that watermelon, blueberry, and mint mix… It’s just me and the Finster this afternoon/evening so hotdogs and an Italian sausage for dad (hot), potato salad, corn, and a tomato/cucumber salad. Strawberry shortcake for desert. After we get back from fireworks and Fin’s asleep, I have a glass of rye and a Monte Cristo lined up.
