There are a few seasons that come to mind where the Steelers got robbed (or barely missed by a single play) a substantial change in the playoff seeds. Like the catch above, we would've been #1 seed (not the Pats) which means we would've played the Titans and not Jacksonville. Lots of things would've changed had the refs not ruled that as a non-catch.
