Price at Amazon is about $1000 more than the same car researched through TrueCar.

The surgery certainly is real. Possible it's faked, and the only way to be certain of its veracity is to show the enterotomy and the cuke coming out. But, I can't imagine someone putting a cuke into the abdomen for an instagram video. Not if they want to keep their license, at least.

I've had a system for creating passwords for a very long time. The only time anyone ever got one was when I logged into Netflix on a hotel TV.

I read all Forrester books as well - about forty years ago. Still have them. They were engrossing but not in the same way as O’Brian’s Aubrey/Maturin series. The latter contains all kinds of allusions and references to other classics, events and period beliefs and practices contemporary to the story arc. I found myself often looking up references for clarification. I am accustomed to doing that while reading history and find it just as pleasurable and rewarding as the narrative itself. I recall the Hornblower series as focussed on the main character and the story line of the moment. Makes for a straightforward read.

The only way Trump doesn't get the nomination is if he quits or is legally obstructed, it seems. I know Jolly has been saying this for a while too... I think even the best anti-Trump strategy won't defeat the plurality approach Trump used in 2016 and will use again to get enough primary wins.

@Doctor-Phibes said in Working with the Jetsons: @Aqua-Letifer said in Working with the Jetsons: I would find it be incredibly difficult to work in-person again. I'd once again have to give a shit about commentary about the break room's coffee pods and please for the love of fuck can we never talk about Bridgerton. Yeah, yeah I know. I know, the costuming. My God, where the hell did you work? I have never discussed Bridgerton in my life. A place where women of a certain demographic go to work when costume design doesn't pan out. (These aren't my co-workers, mind, they're just the Vogons of the department.) One big advantage of been back are the tea-breaks with my Russian friend. I just have to stop him from getting too animated where people can hear, since the new place is much more open. Bro do you realize all you have to do to hit early retirement is just put his shit on TikTok? It doesn't even work this way but after the first dozen or so you'd still be handed sacks of cash. He'd be the Russian that lays the golden histrionic display.

How many films have been made in Hollywood so far? ChatGPT It's difficult to provide an exact number, as the film industry in Hollywood has been active for over a century and new films are constantly being produced. However, according to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), there are currently over 600,000 titles listed as produced in Hollywood. This includes feature films, documentaries, and short films. There is no need for any more.

Ask him that to his face. Besides having a few MMA fights, the senator was a very good college wrestler.

@LuFins-Dad said in I need some more “potion” experiments for Finley…: @Doctor-Phibes we did the paper towel mixing the food colored water, and that was just about the coolest idea I have seen. Simple… I’ve seen people use the trick for watering plants while they are traveling, but I never would have thought about it with food coloring and mixing shades! It was a big hit with me and a moderate hit with Finley. Cool - I'm glad it was a success!

Insulin worked some, not entirely, so trying a higher dosage. His back legs are still noticeably messed up. ️ On the plus side, he seems totally himself again.

@George-K said in ATK: "Perfect fried eggs": From America's Test Kitchen: How to Make Perfect Fried Eggs Enter the ingenious hybrid fry-steam approach to fried eggs developed by my former colleague Andrew Janjigian that also includes a couple other smart moves: First, preheat the pan on low for 5 full minutes. This lengthy preheating guarantees that there will be no hot spots in the skillet that could lead to unevenly cooked eggs. Use two fats for frying. Vegetable oil, with its high smoke point, is added to the pan for preheating. Then we add butter just before the eggs, which imparts a diner-style richness. Fry eggs in the hot fat for a full minute with the pan covered. That way, the pan traps steam and the eggs cook from above as well as from below, firming up the whites before the yolks overcook—no flipping required. Move the pan off heat for a few minutes. The residual heat can finish setting the whites—including that stubborn portion around the yolk that is so often undercooked and gelatinous—while the yolks remain liquid. Too much sugar for a dime.

The ability to communicate is fundamental to every, and I do mean every, occupation. My ability to write took me much further than my ability to code.
