@Mik Those are excellent. Thanks! I am not really a bird watcher but I do have the Univ. of Cornell bird app on my phone. Quite easy to log and keep track of birds I see. (It is called Merlin Bird ID)

@89th said in Speaking of Nope: That sounds great. I wish I had done some smaller roads on the way home, rather than taking the Pennsylvania Turnpike. I was amazed at how pretty some parts of New Jersey were - "Garden State" after all.

Malcolm Gladwell had a column many years ago about how there was a lot of cheating in sumo wrestling.

We have to decide who we trust more, the government or insurance companies. OK, trust more is not really accurate. We have to decide who we trust less.

I wonder what sort of overlap we'll see between those who have no issue with Trump's history being mined for anything he could be accused of, and those who have issue with black DEI scholars having their work put under a microscope.

We use the utility sink in the basement. A garden hose adapter for the faucet to a trigger hose sprayer with different spray patterns. Make mixing the hot and cold water easy. Used to use, and still have a dedicated bath tub on legs. Even have the stairs option for it but we never used them Cosmo just wanted nothing to do with a bath and refused to walk up the stairs. It's not a vote for Joe Biden, it's a vote for liberal justices.

From what I understand you really have to work at getting a Gila to even bite you. I think there may be more to the story. Here’s a from last year’s season of Kings of Pain. It’s a bite from the Gila’s less venomous cousin, the Mexican Beaded Lizard: https://m. Link to video
