Homemade Wings

Coated in flour, paprika, cayenne, and salt and chilling in the fridge. Will fry in oil and coat with a homemade garlic Buffalo sauce. Seems super simple. If this works, I don’t see myself buying wings again.

I love ribs, and wings. The first time I saw a rack of ribs after coming to the US I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. After eating them all, I thought I just might.

Properly prepared ribs require no gnawing on bones. The meat should pull cleanly off.

I'm there to eat the meat. Don't care if it's on the bone or not, but if it's not, that is one less thing getting in my way. Same with ribs... same with crab meat...
Do you use a fork and knife with a good ribeye?
