@George-K said in Recessed Ceiling Light with variable warmth settings:
There are times when "smart lights" are great. I have several programmed settings for our living room and foyer:
"Good Night" - all lights but two turned off "Guest Lights" - when we have people over, but not too bright "Good Morning" - some turned up, just a bit "Good Evening" - enough lighting to enjoy an evening watching TV or whatever "Turn up the lights" - turn every light up to 100% for cleaning, etc. "Piano Lights" - turns on the piano desk lamp, and ceiling lights above the pianoBut...
Sometimes, it's nice to just walk into a room (the kitchen) and flip a switch to turn on all the overheads. No sophistication or adjustments necessary. Just let me cook.
True @George-K - the “smart” light stuff is an exception. It’s cool to have it. But 9 times out of 10 I’m flipping switches.
