Real-estate brokerages may be fine with digital signatures, but state laws may still require real signatures signed in the presence of a public notary when it comes to deeds and liens. The paperwork you sign at closing is oriented towards formalizing who holds the deed and the lien.
Expect to get paper copies of things you sign, and be sure to keep the paper copies with original signatures.
@klaus said in Taking Two Mercedes Benz E260Ls Apart:
It is strange that they have chosen an E260L. From what I understand, the E260L is only available for the Chinese market (it's an extra long version), so if they can assemble E class in China, why would they make this model in Germany?
I made a mistake ... I rewatched parts of the video and verified that the "import" is an E260 (without the L), while the "domestic" is an E260L.
So many variables. There are very few cases where 1 person owns the whole team. In most cases there are ownership groups with different shares. In some cases, majority owners have salaried positions with the team, in others they don’t. There are a few owners that own their stadiums (greatly increasing their income) but most don’t. Then you have Green Bay...
The new border issue is not going away. I say let it evolve naturally. It’s one of Biden’s first tests and he should be given time. He will be ultimately judged on what happens.
Besides, where are they getting all the money for this crap? Paying over 90 teachers more than $3000 extra to attend indoctrination seminars? Instituting costly school programs?
@jolly Yup, not saying the rule was wrong or incorrect. No matter what the rule was, the judge would have said that it did not follow procedure to implement.
I do not see this as a win or loss for President Trump. It just is.
Oh, it's a Trump win.
The Trump legacy will hopefully be election reform. Things like this buttress that movement..
