About the supply chain... One of the reasons shelves were bare of canned goods during the early pandemic stages, was too many institutional 1 gallon cans and not enough small consumer cans processed at the canneries. In the current shortage, things are flipped. The wholesalers tried to guess at what they needed the canneries to do and guessed wrong. And we didn't have enough to do a surplus of both
