We had a thread recently about some Biden fanboi historian saying that Biden had a list of well-defined existential threats to America, along with solutions to all of them. The historian didn't list those well-defined existential threats (which is really too bad, since a thing being well defined lends itself to being described!), but I think this is clearly one of them. Imagine a child becoming ill and in need of hospitalization, only to find there are no beds available, with every single one occupied by a drooling, demented vegetable. Biden literally feels the pain of those drooling, demented vegetables, and by god he'll incoherently babble something about it if it's the last thing he incoherently babbles.
