Does he like ham? I bought a small bone-in ham for my in-laws last week...Caught it on sale, paid 97 cents/pound. Paid maybe six bucks. Super easy to cook. Good for one meal + a few sandwiches+ one pot of white lima beans.

Like everyone else has stated, I would think it would be closed system. And even if it wasn’t wouldn’t the vast majority of the water be going back into the table anyway?
