All sound like wise steps. Throwing money at it clearly does not help. If what you're doing is not working you need to change what you're doing, not what you're spending.

Nice I think it looks like the Russian miscalculated. Did he hit the throttle at the last second to avoid the drone head-on? Or was he trying to damage the drone by striking it with a glancing blow?
