We have a voting problem, especially in some big cities, but it crops up all over the country, from time to time. We need election integrity. We need only citizens to vote. We need voter ID. We need systems that cannot be hacked or compromised. We need absentee voting, but we don't need citizens voting by mail, unless A)they request a ballot, and B)the postmark on that ballot is within three weeks of the election, and C) the ballot is received no later than by the time the polls close on election day. This is not a Republican, Democrat or Independent issue. This is an everybody issue. And if it takes some superball bouncing around the room breaking voter confidence glass to enact meaningful reform, I'm all for it.

@Jolly Agree on the oil price thing. Thailand had a plan to have 7% of transportation fuels coming from "eco fuels". That would not be possible with out government assistance. Currently on hold right now. But having say that, the costs of production are coming down. Diamond Green Diesel keeps expanding for example. And some of the cool things companies are doing with different starting points (algae, etc.) will make it more competitive.

It seems like there’s enough to criticize in what she actually said that this Greg fellow didn’t need to invent anything

Quick comment/rant, maybe @Aqua-Letifer will appreciate it. Notice what they did for the first 6 seconds? IMO, this is a way to STOP a scroller by showing THE most important part (a shot of Denzel, then large text that the trailer is starting). I guess gone are the days of normal trailer without the need for iNsTaNT hYpE eYe CaTcHinG content at the start. Also...weird music. Ok, so Denzel is in it, so we need rap music? Still, looks like a fun movie.

I’m not sure what policy stances mark him as a conservative. He’s heterodox, which has become “conservative” these days. Heterodox was left a couple generations ago.
