One thing that sucks is, between jacking up the cardio and eliminating the wine Iβve been losing weight. Despite the fact that I more or less force feed myself 170g of protein a day AND do about 45m of weight training per day.
I might have to start eating carbs or something.

Well it was keeping me stable, calorie wise. I think I need to start eating high calorie healthy snacks like cashews.
