Awesome! I am also 100% for a 28-day calisthenics program I'm following. It at least gets me moving each day and stretching. I've biked about 5 times as well. Also increased water intake (tracking that helps), and bit more sleep. I have had 2 nights where I did give in to snacking/drinking, which felt great... until the morning. My morning body certain prefers the healthier lifestyle.

One thing that sucks is, between jacking up the cardio and eliminating the wine I’ve been losing weight. Despite the fact that I more or less force feed myself 170g of protein a day AND do about 45m of weight training per day.

I might have to start eating carbs or something.

Yeah, wine is sadly not helpful.

Well it was keeping me stable, calorie wise. I think I need to start eating high calorie healthy snacks like cashews.

The bakery aisle is the place to find more dangerous, ugly fat.

                  More like refined carbs.

Cashews will give me calories, fat, and protein. I don’t need more protein but will substitute there. It’s actually pretty easy to wolf down 5-600 calories of cashews.
