That has been big problem for a while. Loans were given so freely to building companies, local party officials judged partially on construction, etc. Then, a bit ago, the Chinese government tightened building loans, which left a lot of building companies unable to finish projects.

What would you expect if a sitting President or ex-President had half the smoke swirling around him as President Biden? Not one MSM to holler FIRE!. Or maybe a headline asking if there is a fire? If the latter be the case, I don't see why any First Amendment protections should be extended to them.

I agree that this seems to be too much. If someone wants to buy a family home, then maybe the builder could be required to offer this as an option, but it should not be a requirement. I would rather see some sort of "requirement" to have X% charging stations in a new apartment complex. (For example, if you have 100 units, you have 10 charging stations, etc.) To me, this would be better.
