Looks to me like he's just finished his pull and had the net by the tail. You normally pull the front of the net first, but you can do a tail pull (it's easier to lose fish through the flues that way, but you do what you gotta do). I can't tell exactly what he's caught, but it looks like buffalo.

I test drove one of Vinfast's vehicle. It performed well and nice for the short duration I drove it. But it also had similar trappings like the other EVs, such as a giant flat screen in the middle of the dash, like a vertically oriented iPad but much bigger, and that's my biggest complaint -- that big glass surface can be blinding to the driver when reflecting sunlight in the wrong angle.

That sucks. I used to watch them fly by all the time when I lived in Virginia. A very unique sound to them, you could tell when they were going from chopper to plane mode.
