There is so much wrong to unpack there. Virtually every behavior he cites that would offend would be hideously boorish. Much of the rest assumes it is somehow my responsibility to advocate for POC representation in society. It is not. The only one that resonated with me is the one I have practiced for years - number nine.

Regard us as autonomous, unique individuals, not as representatives of our race.

Even that rather falls flat in the way the article decries blackness being monolithic yet then applies the suggestions to them monolithically.

The number one way to be less white would be to apply some sort of dye to your skin, especially your face, to appear less white. But that's not on the list. Fake news.
