As far as George’s post, it’s likely a typo. They probably meant to hit $29 and accidentally hit $39 and didn’t catch it. But, they may have the reasoning, and it may be very good reason.

In the last 24 hours, we have had 9400 illegal aliens cross the Southern Border. Of those, over 5000 were released into the U.S. Those numbers are just the ones we caught or turned themselves in.
