And her name (Nikki) is actually a common Punjabi nick name for girls. Means “small one” - we have one in our family.

Not surprising at all about the health care costs and increasing administration. @mik is ahead of his time. There was a medical clinic in Oklahoma(?) that decided to not take any insurance - cash only. They could end up charging less and still make money.
