I'd like the one on the bottom, seems bigger. Is there a warranty?

@Doctor-Phibes said in Credit where credit is due.: I keep getting these reassuring emails from my mortgage lender telling they'll take care of me if things get tough. They make me slightly uneasy. Something tells me there's a government money backdrop for their pledges of support. Or maybe they just don't want everybody bailing on their mortgages.

@Jolly said in 100 Years: Common They do have a lifespan. I worked with a guy in the 70s who got blown out of a B52 over Hanoi many years before and ended up in the Hilton. I worked with an instructor a couple years ago who launched the first cruise missiles of Desert Storm from his B52. He went on to fly the first B2 mission, from Whiteman AFB Missouri to Kosovo and back -non-stop.

This is a lot like a motorhome, and the question is not how many it sleeps, but how many it lives.

@Copper said in Remember that choir practice super spreading event?: @Axtremus said in Remember that choir practice super spreading event?: They perverted U.N.C.L.E's "Cone of Silence." Control not uncle Copper Got Smart.

Incidentally, the book is also available on Amazon, both on paper or Kindle - it's going to be next on my list. Thanks for posting this, Jolly. Last time I was at my mum's I found a box of old stuff my dad had hidden away, medals and souvenirs and what-not, which contained quite a few letters from the front from my paternal great uncle from 1917, followed by a telegraph with his death notice and a lock of his hair (taken from before he died, obviously). I didn't have time to go through them, but I need to make sure either my brother or I rescue them.

@jon-nyc said in If protesters can march, why can’t businesses open?: I would hate to see him be governor, or even risk it, but I admit it would be quite a spectacle if he primaried Cuomo. That’s an interesting black swan event. I wonder if plausible. Zucker wants in on mayor NYC. Talk about a Tom Wolfe novel.
