@brenda he doesn't have those anymore.

He can if you bake him the cookies! A kitty has to dream a little bit, ya know, and think about the good old days.

@george-k how do you think Door Dash can afford to give you a $14 credit for a side of rice?

The restaurant probably paid for the refund.

No wonder he wanted to annex purchase Greenland from Denmark.

I'd always assumed he wanted to build the world's most challenging golf course there.

It’s like criticizing the world’s most handsome, virile man for combing his hair and wearing nice clothes.

The short attention span of the public. Ohio would not have managed as well as we did if a lot of the legislature had its way. The ‘masks are tyranny’ crowd was pushing back from day one. Many legislators were willing to follow to gain support. Their thinking was kneejerk emotional and not science nor data based. Had they had their way our death toll would have been a lot higher.

The executive branch of state governments needs flexibility in health emergency situations.

@jolly I have to revisit this play.

If I recall, 'Liza's dad was kind of an a-hole as well.

SB22 is a bad idea. This the the part of the GOP that is losing me.

I wonder if it bothers anybody in the Biden Administration that the Drug Cartels are getting rich off of human suffering, SUFFERING THAT THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION CAUSED?

I suspect not. When you are importing millions of illegals, which will eventually become votes and political power, the needs justify the ends. Gotta break a few eggs, to make an omelot.

What's one more kid, floating dead in the Rio Grande? Happens every day...

Their actions now are proof of how much they care. Of course we knew it was all BS the entire time but it’s fun to see the hypocrisy now and the no shame. It’s brazen. Love it.

I think I'd rather be crucified, to be honest.

    I see why now:

Peeps are sometimes jokingly described as "indestructible". In 1999 scientists at Emory University jokingly[20] performed experiments on batches of Peeps to see how easily they could be dissolved, burned or otherwise disintegrated, using such agents as cigarette smoke, boiling water and liquid nitrogen.[21] In addition to discussing whether Peeps migrate or evolve, they claimed that the eyes of the confectionery "wouldn't dissolve in anything".[22] One website claims that Peeps are insoluble in acetone, water, diluted sulfuric acid, and sodium hydroxide (the site also claims that the Peeps experimental subjects sign release forms).[23] Concentrated sulfuric acid seems to have effects similar to the expected effects of sulfuric acid on sugar.[24]

They did something similar with various junk food items and some mold. They left them out for a week or two. Everything dissolved into an absolutely disgusting green goop, except for the McDonald's fries, which were essentially unchanged. There are some things even mold won't eat.
