There are subtle differences, and things the movie skips (Gurney's suspicions of Jessica), but overall, it's a really good adaptation. See the movie first, then read the book to flesh it out, and then wait two years for the finale.

I think I posted something about this a few years ago. I can certainly see applications for business flight.

Looks as if they have a photo of the guy, so it is only a question of time until his identity is revealed. Reports are he punched the attendant twice in the face. The pilot asked for a couple of able bodied folks to come to the front of the plane for assistance. Kind of wish Brock Lesnar was on the plane.
