Zuckerberg adapted the idea that others at Harvard had come up with and expanded it beyond the walls of their school. That worked out well for him since he has more money than most people will ever even see in their lifetime.
Yes one of the richest people of all time has more money than most of us will see on our lifetimes. Yes, that checks out.
It reminded me of this sign at the Grand Canyon. (Too soon? RIP, 128 people.)
On June 30, 1956, a United Airlines DC-7 and a TWA Super Constellation maneuvered around towering cumulus clouds on a partly clear day. All 128 passengers and crew perished when the planes collided at an altitude of 21,000 feet (6,400 m) above Temple and Chuar buttes. Passengers included prominent business people and families. Every passenger had loved ones waiting for them, though their journey ended unexpectedly.
128 people died in a mid-air collision over the Grand Canyon. This was unexpected, by those 128 people and their loved ones. Yes, that checks out.

I never see much money. I spend quite a bit of it, but I don't actually see it.
If those places that print $100 bills did guided tours, we could probably see more, however it seems unlikely that they'd do that.
