Yep. Fourth kicker the Saints have had this year. Their normal kicker, Big Nuts Lutz hurt himself at the end of the season last year and reinjured himself in training camp. He's gone for the year.

Our kicker has been booming them this year. In fact, I saw an interesting factoid, if you took out 2017, he would be the most accurate kicker in the league. This is in the stadium that is considered to be one of the worst if not the worst in the league. He has boomed several 59-yard field goals this year. With six seconds left in overtime, our TE caught the ball at the 39 yard line which would have been a 56 yard FG. Rather than going out of bounds, he tried to gain just a couple more yards to shorten the FG attempt. He fumbled the ball, instead. Ugh....

I told Mrs. Phibes to watch this - she said 'I'm too busy at the moment', then out of the blue she sent me a message via Facebook with the exact same video, so presumably she was too busy watching movies on Facebook.

That's why I'm much more likely yo hang with and vote for Republicans these days. Incredibly, they're on the whole more tolerant.

This country was based on the rejection of the “one religion” model. Indeed many of the colonists fled nations with such religious intolerance. Even with our guarantees of separation of church and state, such rhetoric can easily lead to sectarian divisions and even violence. That point was made by the great Edmund Burke who declared “Religious persecution may shield itself under the guise of a mistaken and overzealous piety.”
