Is Kirkland Irish whiskey Jameson? It tastes a little like Jameson, but the floral aromas are balanced with a sweet creaminess that is lacking in the world’s best-selling Irish whiskey. Not much else to say, but I’m enjoying Kirkland a lot more than the last Irish whiskey I bought, which was twice the age, incidentally. How much is Macallan 18 at Costco? A typical Macallan 18 goes for around $150, so the $60 price is a steal. This particular bottle has a sherry oak finish and you can read more about it from the product label. Is Kirkland Scotch good? This is an excellent blended whisky. It’s very smooth and extremely drinkable and for a 12 YO blend exceptionally well-priced.
