Sounds like a horrible, horrible place in which the animals were kept. I wonder what the nature of the injuries to the deceased were - kicks, bites? Camels can be nasty animals, I've heard, and I have to wonder if the conditions in this "zoo" were so bad that he was ill and mean-tempered because of illness.

That's great, to be sure. I haven't heard the word "apoplectic" in a long time - my Russian grandmother used to use it frequently. I imagine there are ordinances that prohibit shining light onto nearby structures, however.

Case-in-point... My instrument and reagent cost for a glucose level was 13 cents. All inclusive (labor, building, electricity, etc.) cost was approximately a quarter. My chargemaster price was $26.00. Reimbursement from Medicare at the time was around $8, IIRC. Private insurance came in at about $13-$14.
