I think that seizure of Russian assets abroad will happen. Whether now while the war is still raging or as a condition of armistice at a later date as it will the be practicable way of forcing Russian reparations to Ukraine. For the most part it’s stolen money anyhow. Seizure would be an ethical means of laundering it.
