Include me out. Way over my knowledge level. I agree it's an admirable opus, though.

There's an old joke about a new black preacher in town, calling on the members of his church the week before his first service. He looks at the address, walks up to the door and knocks. The door is answered by an elderly lady, who exclaims, "Nat King Cole!" The preacher tells her he's often mistaken for Nat, as he has an uncanny resemblance, but he's her new pastor and would love to see her at church on Sunday. On to the next address, where he knocks on the door and a man and his wife come to greet him. "Nat King Cole!", they exclaim in almost unison. Again, the preacher goes through his same explanation, leaving with an invite to services on Sunday. He walks on down the street, knocking on the front door of the next address on his list. The door is opened by a young lady, a beautiful woman rivaling any Nubian princess, wearing nothing bit a smile and a see-through negligee'. Wide-eyed, she looks at him and says. "Oh, Nat King Cole!" in a voice dripping with honey. The new pastor was singing as he walked through the door and into the house, "Rambling Rose, Rambling Rose...".

@Jolly said in More on Mayfield: you have to think you're the best or you can't play QB in the NFL. Yes, I can see that. The job brings an insane amount of responsibility. Duty, accountability, representation . . . you must be an effective leader, must be seen as reliable. Last but so much not least, you must be fit and strong enough to do the job with skill and power that is unique in the team. You must be able to get sacked three times in the same game by a freightload of the enemy, and climb to your feet and throw it again and keep throwing it until it's done. You have to walk totally tall. How can you begin to do all that and be all that if you don't believe in yourself? Here's what Tristan Wirfs, one of Brady's protectors (offensive tackle) said about Brady. When asked how he would describe Brady to his kids in the future, he said, “Just gonna tell ‘em he was an old dog. I’ve loved every second of it. He’s a very special person, really special player…Yeah, he surprises me. His old ass threw what, like a 60-yard bomb? He’s awesome. I love him to death.”

@George-K ….sounds unconditional to me. Apparently it is constitutional: https://www.france24.com/en/video/20230317-the-49-3-how-did-france-s-government-impose-its-pension-reform

Unstructured play is important for AI development because it allows for exploration, creativity, and the acquisition of new skills through trial and error. Just as children learn through unstructured play, AI systems can also benefit from the freedom to experiment and learn from their environment. By engaging in unstructured play, AI systems can discover new strategies and approaches to solve problems, adapt to new situations, and develop more sophisticated decision-making abilities. Additionally, unstructured play can help AI systems develop a more nuanced understanding of language and social interactions, which is critical for the development of natural language processing and social intelligence. Ultimately, incorporating unstructured play into AI development can lead to more flexible, adaptive, and capable systems.

@bachophile said in In Israel: ps yes posting less but I’m still around. Believe it or not I’ve just been too busy to get involved in forum threads. I have a few commitments on my plate right now which are very time demanding. My idle time is taken by-swiping twitter feeds for amusing content because it’s less demanding than interacting with u smart folks. Hope the commitments are good ones. Sometimes you need distraction more than engagement. Take care.
