Excellent summary, Aqua. We've been enjoying this show for quite a while. I think we've seen all that are available at this time.

The only show that makes me laugh harder is Stil Game. Just finished the final season of that series. Sad to see it go.

The fewer expensive medications you take, the easier it is for you to say that.

There used to be a time when companies picked up the majority of healthcare costs. Many reasons for that change. I suppose now it is the out of pocket cap right that people can hit, and which plan a person picks with respect to how long it takes to hit that cap? You can pay more or less monthly right for a different cap? Is your point that people are hitting the cap sooner because of drug price increases?

But I must say seeing people pile on Cuomo now who at the time were saying ‘it’s just the flu’ seems a bit ... opportunistic.

One does the best they can, with the information available at the time. I don't fault Cuomo. Or Trump. Or Newsom. Or DeSantis.

Most national pols and the governor's have done ok, to about as best they could. Only a few have really screwed the pooch.

Funny how it took so much longer with drunk driving and smoking to get people to say it’s not acceptable. Even today smoking a cigarette doesn’t carry the same scarlet letter as not wearing a mask.

Yup. In the few stores that I have been to during the last month, masks have been maybe 50/50 yes/no, maybe 40/60. That includes Walmart, True Value Hardware, Food Lion supermarket and the Liquor store.

At the golf course there are very few people wearing masks, probably fewer than 1%.

I might be moving to the back pew...

Pastor and I were discussing this today and he said that sometimes you need to trust in God to protect you.

“Pastor, there once was a dutiful deacon that trusted The Lord completely. When his town was flooding, he was on the roof of his house praying “Oh God, our Creator, please lift me from these waters.” A boat comes by and a man tells “Brother, jump in the boat!!” The deacon says “No! The Lord will save me!” He keeps praying and a second boat comes... Same thing happens... By this point the water is up to his neck. This time a helicopter arrives... Same thing. So the deacon frowns and is standing before God. “God, thank You for all you’ve done, but may I ask why you didn’t save me?” God replied “I sent you two boats and a helicopter. The rest was up to you.”
