Interesting - let us know how the sound quality compares to streaming, not by the spec but when you actually hear it, I'd consider getting one of those to connect to my receiver instead of a CD player

Congratulations, @mark! A family elder was once assigned a Toyota Crown for his personal use as part of his employment perks. My reaction at the time was, "nice," but didn't feel that the Crown was anything "special." But that was many years ago, so most likely the Crown model has improved a lot over the years (as have most other Toyota models).

I'm entertained by this thread, that is all.

Wonderful equipment Mark. The hifi store I worked carried Heco and Sonos speakers. Sounded great with the right system driving them. Usually used a MacIntosh for amplication although a Greek Zacharidis tube amp also sound good. Sonos and Harbeth speakers sounded best to me.
