Week started well but then I hit the birthday on Friday...

You definitely feel it if you take time off.
But I think you get back up to speed faster than it originally took. It's not like starting over from scratch.

I was shocked at how true that is.

Mixed bag. Weight jigged up and down all week and finally settled at a loss of one pound. Exercise was a non-starter, a little foam rolling.
The best thing is that I'm starting my fourth day drinking almost nothing but water, and it's fine! A life first. I'd be thrilled if this lasts and I can get off the sweetened beverage train.
Unrelated to weight loss, but it's possible my difficulty breathing that has been plaguing me forever has improved somewhat.

Slow start as I'm recovering from a nasty leg injury.
Still, did a few workouts. Weight trended well, but moved slowly as I would expect and want:
I know have an A/B regiment with 12 exercises to do each day, switching between A days and B days. It should be sufficient to keep me going until I'm comfortable rejoining a gym. Also it'll be warm several days this week so I'll get back to walking outside.

Scale says I’m down 3 pounds this morning from last week, but it was 2 yesterday (and since things go up and down as they go down, I’m going to call it 2, which is still fine with me!). I didn’t actually count calories this week, (mostly because I’ve done this enough that I know what I should eat, and what portions look like) no added sugar, and when I had a sweet craving, I had a tangerine or some apple. One big thing is to not drink my calories (because I’d rather eat them) - I’ve stopped drinking alcohol for the most part anyway(migraines) - so my “treat” is a non alcoholic beer, or if I want something cold and fizzy, I drink soda water. Otherwise it’s coffee/tea or regular water. Hopefully will do better this week with exercise (it’s snowing at the moment, and I’m ready for spring!)

Day 2 of 16 hour fast routine.
I am only eating, and making smarter choices, between the hours of 12:00 and 20:00
It's not that bad.
But, I will be having steak and eggs for breakfast!

Can't say for sure, but I think I've lost around two pounds this week, for a total of three pounds.
Much improved in the hydration department. This week I had like a cup of beverage that wasn't plain water, and drank more water than I have been -- still a ways to go there. Am liking plain water more and more.
Also discovered -- or rediscovered -- that drinking a smoothie for breakfast is a signficant assist in keeping the carbs low for the rest of the day. (The smoothie is 14 carbs.)
Cutting way back on starchy carbs. Looking forward to increasing vegetable intake.
Exercise is still a non-starter.

I typically make smarter choices between 12:00 and 20:00, too.
After 8pm, all bets are off.

I'm at about 11 lbs down, which I'm fine with. According to BMI, I'm still just barely "overweight," but fuck that shit, it's ridiculous.

Yeah, that number depends so much on one's muscle mass, bone density, etc. You ride a lot, so your number is way off what the published charts say it ought to be.

Last week was a mixed bag.
On one hand I ran a mile. Twice. Took me 12min and 32sec to do it, but at least I didn't stop.
And on the other hand, I didn't eat as well as I should have; had a brownie one day and chips another day.

Down at least a pound from last week (scale says 2 this morning, but we’ll see). Thats a 6 - 7 pound loss since Feb 1st. Still not as much exercise as I’d hoped. But pants are fitting better, and wore a pair I haven’t felt comfortable fitting into for awhile, so that’s good! Ate steak last night - Steve cooked it outside on one of his stoves - iron pan heated to smoking, added salt and steak - and flipped till the internal temp was medium rare - and wow it was good! I had a baked sweet potato and salad along with it and even 4 ounces of red wine and no headache today. Sweet/carb cravings are much less - and fruit seems to satisfy them, which is nice.
