What do you think is going on?

We have a non-trivial military buildup in the Caribbean, Trump admitting CIA is active in Venezuela, and of course the periodic destruction of commercial boats off the coast of Venezuela that may or may not be carrying drugs to our shores.

And just today, the head of Southern Command announced his abrupt departure.

What gives?
