    Yeah, but full body weight hanging is not the place to start. Do some shoulder machines aat the gym.

      I do shoulder stuff. Always calculated to have my humoral head set in its socket (that’s so sexy to think about).

          Not sure. I was just a quick test and I did not put much thought into it. Maybe I'll try to be a bit more methodical the next time.
