What vitamins (etc) do you take?

I thought I read somewhere that multivitamins don’t really do anything?

Vit D 5000 IU daily. Magnesium, fish oil, glycine, n-acetylcysteine, hyaluronic acid, collagen peptides, creatine, betaine.

If you have a good, balanced diet, probably not.
Now, how many of us always have a good balanced diet everyday?

Some of them are ridiculously expensive and I really don't believe you need them. I appear to be in the minority in this view, both here and at home.

I take a daily multivitamin. I have no idea if it does anything. Sometimes I see adds for probiotics (promote "good gut health"), but who knows.
Multivitamin. Some extra Vit C in the winter.
Probiotics work pretty well for some folks and are a must when you're on antibiotics. But they don't confer any lasting benefit when you stop taking them.

Same, though Vitamin C throughout the year when I remember. LOL
Vitamin D when I remember.
Also take apple cider vinegar when eating (also when I remember)
Agree with everybody that multi- vitamins may not too much. But, I dont think that they really will hurt you either.
