There is no way to measure the harm caused by the pandemic, and no way to measure the harm caused to closed businesses and no way to measure the harm caused to children with no social contact.

Minimize transmission so as not to crash the public health care system. Despite some the lacksadasical decisions and policies of our provincial government during the second wave in late fall and early winter, we have achieved that and continue to do so. We are prepared to stay this course for at least until year end.
I trust you have no problem with our success in managing our own affairs in this matter?

Central office allocate the monthly payroll based on the turnover from the previous year. So this month, it was completely in the toilet, so they didn't call any staff in, so the poor bastards who are working are completely overwhelmed.
