I just used the Ab-wheel for the first time in about 6 months - only 10 reps to be on the safe side.
If history is anything to go by, I'm going to be in agony tomorrow. That thing is the device of the devil. I fiddled with it in my fitness-center days once or twice -- wow, PAIN.
If you got in ten reps, you're doing pretty good, I'd say!

So I almost forgot about this...those in TNCR 13 years ago might remember it.
In 2006 I was 232 pounds. I decided I wanted to get back in shape so I tracked my weight daily for the next 2.5 years. A combo of eating better and working out... and then a few marathons...eventually got down to 170.
Of specific note, it's NOT easy (obviously!) but if you run a few miles each day and eat somewhat reasonably (like for dinner, have a 6" club sandwich on wheat bread, baked chips, and a diet coke), the weight will melt off week after week.
That is so cool not to mention the great job! How tall are you?

He’s like 6’8” or something. He and Aqua are both monstrous giants in height.

I managed to fast till 12 without a problem. Now it’s time for breakfast for lunch. A Fried eggg on a slice of whole wheat toast with a slice of Irish cheddar and a small bowl of steel rolled oats and blueberries.
-
2 eggs and a slice of bread for breakfast. Stationary bike for 1/2 hour.
Now some chicken, another slice of bread and a cup of tea before back to work, then a 2 mile walk. And that'll be it for the day.
The stuff I'll do to avoid writing up performance reviews.

I pulled my kettlebells out from storage. Gonna get back on the horse today.

Ask other people for their feedback. They will give you great talking points which will make writing the performance reviews so much easier. Works like a charm.

It was funny - yesterday I did proper aerobic exercise for the first time this year, and come the evening I had way more energy than normal. This happens every time - I realise I've been wading through treacle, then there's a miracle when I start exercising, then my enthusiasm slowly wanes and I forget. Hopefully the weather turns soon, I need to get out on a real bike.

So how are you all doing? I was successful as far as not eating added sugar, which is huge for me, but have been going over what I’m supposed to on fat intake (fat/protein is awfully good at making me feel like I’m not hungry for longer) I was not that good with planned exercise some days, but got exercise other days because I had to (like the day I spent 3+ hours mopping and remopping the new gallery floor and carrying water up and down stairs because there is no sink down there). Should be down at least a pound for tomorrow’s weigh in, yay.

I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike every day last week, but skipped the weekend. Walked two miles each day. Ate pretty well. Drank beer over the weekend.
A bit hit and miss, IOW.

With the exceptionally cold weather we had in February, and the attendant snows, I've been a slacker about going on my walks. Interestingly, in December, 5 ½ miles was a typical walk, and I did it in about 95 minutes.
I started again, in earnest last week, and found that, at three miles, I'm getting tired. So, I've limited it to about 4, 4 ½ miles the last few days.
I wonder if it's because I got reconditioned, or that I'm just showing and feeling my age (shut up, @jon).

Week started well but then I hit the birthday on Friday...

Mixed bag. Weight jigged up and down all week and finally settled at a loss of one pound. Exercise was a non-starter, a little foam rolling.
The best thing is that I'm starting my fourth day drinking almost nothing but water, and it's fine! A life first. I'd be thrilled if this lasts and I can get off the sweetened beverage train.
Unrelated to weight loss, but it's possible my difficulty breathing that has been plaguing me forever has improved somewhat.
