Please be clear. Is "we've always known" include everyone here, everyone in the world, everyone in the universe? Even God!!?? Could be, your mind-reading is that objective? And "always" must mean like centuries ago, like gravity, right? I never watched his "Apprentice" TV show. Heard it had quite the following. Thanks for keeping him afloat, though. And from a TV show, advancing to the presidency. . . so THAT'S how it's done! I have been misled all these years.
