More KIND bars. Because unlike what's in the fridge, they fulfill basic nutritional requirements while at the same time don't put me in the hospital.

@Axtremus only 6 months from when the FCC made the recommendation. And at least former National Security Council and Homeland Security members weren't lobbying for Huawei during his or (as far as we know) Biden's term.

@George-K said in POTUS talks about guns: we still allow semiautomatic weapons to be purchased is sick Do we allow it, or do we not prevent it? There is a huge difference. It is the foundation of our country. Mr. Biden does not get it.

Seems a bit self absorbed. The OG Ben is kind of cool.

With my spouse's family, there's no need to think of leftovers (22 lb bird - 7 people). They take every single piece of white meat. This year, I hid a small batch so we'd have enough for a sandwich each. Last time, the next day I cooked a second turkey so we'd have "leftovers".

The lines on that tablecloth WERE parallel to the edge, by the way.

@LuFins-Dad said in Covid over? Maybe. Maybe not.: There's Ebola, too. Probably should protect them from that, too. And the threat of a nuclear war... Republicans stealing our democracy.

Neat story. Papau New Gineau is quite the nature place with alot of undiscovered species I think. There are even some tribes that live in the remote valleys that were not discovered until quite recently. https://ethosun.com/dangerous-uncontacted-tribes/

@Axtremus said in Happy Thanksgiving: @taiwan_girl Nice that they gave you bonesless skinless chicken meat. I am more used to chicken with skin and bones for this dish. This is the restaurant [image: 1669386121129-img_7737.jpg]

That's a bad one. In 1982, my boss received a phone call from the ED and told to hurry down. His son had been in a bad wreck. The boy died just a few minutes after his dad walked in the trauma room.
