    Hmm. I disagree. If you are trying to aim, and have a 50% chance of hitting the target, or if you are able to shoot 30 shots with each one having a 40% chance of hitting the target (and no two shots will be in the same location), I think there is a better chance of causing damage, either to the target or to a random bystander, etc. Is it better to have an inaccurate shooter shooting one shot or 30?
