What’s gonna happen in New Hampshire?

So Biden & the DNC determined that NH was too white to represent the DNC in the first primary in the country and changed it to North Carolina and Nevada.
4 big problems:

it is written in state law that New Hampshire is required to be the first primary.

The executive and the legislative bodies in NH are Republican, so the state Democrats CAN’T change the law.

The state Dems don’t really want to change the status quo anyway, and are pissed off at Biden and the DNC. If they don’t comply with the DNC schedule, their delegate number at the convention will be halved.
While all of the other states are going along with the new primary schedules, the Republicans aren’t going along with it, and are sticking with the old and established schedules. This is going to wreak havoc with people showing up on the wrong dates for their primaries or caucuses.
