But, for public companies, they don't want to make things that last too long.
I think we were talking about a kitchen appliance/kitchen utensil maker that filed for bankrupt because their products lasted too long and therefore they basically ran out of people to sell to.
Can someone give me a basic overview of how they work. Don't they generate a very complicated password that you don't have to remember, but is stored somewhere?
Well, they made their money the old fashioned way - they inherited it.
On a (somewhat) related note, we (as a society) always seem to give more "weight" to an opinion of someone who has money, or is somehow famous.
Billionaire X says that the economy is going to go up/down/stay the same
Kim Kardashian (or other celebrity) says something about some current event and people listen closely.
I actually have a lot more respect for the opinions/recommendations that I read here than from any celebrity.

If NATO were pitted against Russian ground forces it would involve combined forces with immediate air superiority. Russian armour and artillery would not fare well in that scenario. He makes no mention of NATO air support of ground forces. Analysis is lacking, his agenda is elsewhere.
