From what I hear? No. I haven't used Cerner much.
The common problem I have seen in Epic is in writing the software to conform to the data base rather than the actual workflow. Makes for a lot more keystrokes or clicks.

I finally have a proof that you can always get a multiple of 5 by summing a subset (or the entire set) of 5 numbers.
Hint: Look at cumulative sums, (x1, x1+x2, x1+x2+x3, …) think mod 5 and the pigeonhole principle.
I didn't like the previous Chibnell series, but the most recent one was pretty good, I thought. It seemed to have got rid of the wokeness.

That's a really interesting point.
The "leftist" judges seem to vote/rule based upon what they think should be done, vs what the actual law is.
Never owned any apple products. Never liked their closed architecture policy.

And of course, there is the autonomy situation. Whether you agree with Ivermectin or any other drug's use in the formulary, if a physician wishes to use it, he should be able to do so.
