I agree, put him in Gen Pop. He won't make it 90 days. Years ago, we had a local rape/murder of a teen-age girl, where the guy left her gutted and hanging in a tree. He was sentenced to life in prison. Administrative screw-ups being what they are, he got assigned to a dormitory camp at Angola. His balls got cut off the first week and he became the camp bitch.
