I can't top Aqua, but we had that most wild of all beasts - Medical Residents. Many of them, especially the HO 1's, lived in a dump owned by the state, affectionally called The Hilton by all. They were known for some quite boisterous parties, but one Christmas Eve they outdid themselves. I dropped by when I got off at 11P, just long enough to say hello and sample the jungle juice, since the lab had donated two gallons of 95% ethanol for the garbage can. At that point, they were already having a great time, having cleared off the parking lot for a dance floor and barbecue. They'd had the wheelchair races before I got there, but I still got to see the end of the gurney drag races. Literally...docs in drag, pushing a gurney down the boulevard with one very obviously pregnant (basketball) OR nurse on each team, riding in the gurney. I missed the best parts, or so they tell me. They built a campfire in the middle of the boulevard. A mannequin was stolen sometime during the evening and used in drunken festivities of unknown significance. They caught one of the nurses in the bathroom fellating one of the surgery residents. It finally broke up, when one of the female nurses took off all of her clothes and streaked by the front of the hospital. Didn't help that the woman was in her fifties, overweight and with some definite gravity problems. I knew they must have had a good time, because when I doubled back that morning at 0630, there was a naked mannequin on the hospital boulevard, wearing a silver tinsel halo. I'll never forget the announcement Christmas morning on the hospital intercom... This is Doctor ___. I'm the only physican in the hospital right now and I will be indisposed for the next five minutes. Please, nobody get sick while I'm gone. I was told the "Come to Jesus" meeting with the Chief of Staff and Administrator was epic.

The biggest issues that I have with these types of analysis is they assume that: there would have been no differences in behavior that there wouldn’t have been any new developments Let’s say the mRNA vaccines were not approved for whatever reason… Then funding for all of the various other vaccines wouldn’t have dried up. We might have had an attenuated virus vaccine by April that would have been far better at protecting against all of the variants across the board… Maybe some of the more promising treatment protocols wouldn’t be experimental but in active use well before all of this…

"My record was expunged," Colvin told "CBS Mornings" in an exclusive interview. "And my name was cleared. And I'm no longer a juvenile delinquent at 82." …

Pretty much identical to the early fall late summer, but we are just starting so who knows. Deaths are down. Hospitalizations about the same. Lower than last year.

That CNN producer arrested last week for sex trafficking? The FBI knew about it a year and a half ago. A Nevada criminal complaint against a mom who allegedly pimped out her 9-year-old daughter to longtime CNN producer John Griffin in Vermont discloses disturbing new details about the sick arrangement. It also reveals that authorities first became aware of Griffin's depraved proclivities 18 months ago – yet the FBI didn't arrest him until Friday in Connecticut for allegedly soliciting three mothers and their underage daughters for "training" on fetish sex. The third count in the federal indictment out of Vermont is based on the encounter with the 9-year-old in July 2020, for which Griffin paid the mom $3,500 via Venmo. After the woman's arrest in August 2020, federal investigators seized "computers storage media, devices, phones, cameras, MicroSD cards, images, and video" from Griffin on Sept. 2, 2020, according to court documents. A spokesman for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Vermont did not immediately return a request for comment on the reason for the delay in charging Griffin. "Prior to his arrest and indictment, we had no knowledge about the case," a CNN spokesperson told Fox News Digital. The media outlet also said no CNN-owned devices issued to Griffin went missing or were reported lost in September 2020, when investigators said they seized some of his electronics. The federal indictment accuses him of trying to entice minors to his Vermont vacation home for sexual encounters last year – and one Nevada mom allegedly took him up on the offer in July 2020.

@george-k said in Train tracking map?: A “foamer” is a rail fan who foams at the mouth when he gets excited. Ok that video was hilarious. But I can appreciate sincere enthusiasm!
