@Jolly I saw a story today, can't remember where, making the case that possessing a nuclear arsenal by small(er) countries might actually be a good thing, because of MAD.

@kluurs I agree, it is amazing. I grew up poor, but one thing I remember my parents always telling me was to learn to live on 80% of what you make. Save at least 20%.
It is a good idea. We need to up production as well and start shipping gas to Europe. No idea what infrastructure would be required, but if we could turn off their money spigot that would be serious pressure.

I'm on the budget plan with Commonwealth Edison. I just got an email saying that my "budget" amount for my next bill is about 18% higher.
