    Meh. Cats' Law is much more useful and more interesting. I developed it years ago. It has never failed me. I haven't touted it much; I think it is high time I shared it with the world. Cats' Law: There is always room for one more thing in the refrigerator.

    She has no control over the offers we will get. The price swings I’m being informed of, compared to what we were hoping for a few weeks ago, would wipe out the buyer and seller commissions entirely.
